P2/3 have been learning about Florence Nightingale. She was a nurse many years ago who helped to improve hospitals and make them clean and free from germs. Today, a real life nurse visited us to tell us all about her job. Nurse Sarah wears a special uniform. She makes people better by putting on bandages or giving them medicine. Sometimes she works all night long looking after patients in a big hospital in Belfast.
