We have been learning about ourselves and our bodies in P2. We had lots of different activities. We made junk art people. We painted ourselves and labelled our bodies at the writing table. Making bodies with moving parts was great fun too. Mrs Hardy has been talking to us about how to keep healthy, and we have been reading non-fiction texts about healthy habits. The Healthy food cafe has been a great success during role play activities.
We have also been playing games to help us remember out letters and sounds. Dinosaur dance was so much fun! Numicon is our new numeracy resource, and we have been really excited about exploring how it can help us understand our numbers.
