URGENT PARENT LETTER

27th May 2021.
Dear Parent/Guardian,
Today we have had a positive case of Covid 19 in our P4 class. All close contacts have been informed and have now received guidance from PHA.
All pupils in Mrs McAllister’s class MUST SELF ISOLATE until and including 3rd JUNE.
THESE CHILDREN SHOULD NOT LEAVE THEIR HOME UNTIL 4th JUNE.
Pupils also require a covid test as soon as possible, quoting the reference number provided.
GENERAL INFORMATION
 In order to protect our class bubbles, if any member of a household is experiencing COVID SYMPTOMS and intends to book a test, children from the household should not be sent to school.
 If anyone in the household has symptoms and has booked a test all members of that household are required to self isolate and should not mix with the wider community.
 Please inform the school IMMEDIATELY if your child is isolating at home, due to a family member displaying symptoms or tests positive.
 Please inform the school immediately if your child has a positive test.
 Face coverings should be worn on school grounds.
 Please to not linger to chat while on the school grounds
Your co operation with these matters is very much appreciated.
School will be closed on Monday 31st May- Bank Holiday and Tuesday 1st June- staff development day.
Morning club re –opens on Wednesday 2nd June at 8am. Children must be booked online by Sunday 30th May.
Children booked for morning club should come to the front door. REMEMBER COATS.
