P5 worked with Liz Farnan today, learning all about biodiversity and its importance to our environment. The pupils worked in groups to complete a ‘biodiversity blitz’ in the school grounds. They also solved the mystery of the ‘Murder of Bob Robin’, learned to identify some birdsongs and did a random plant survey. Finally, they helped make a pitfall trap to capture some mini beasts. A busy day!
