Pupils in our school choir travelled to Armagh Market Place Theatre to watch a production by NI Operatic Society. The opera was called ‘Pamplemousse’ and it taught us about a fruit who did not fit in with his friends because he was different. The pupils greatly enjoyed this experience as they were exposed to operatic music and a live orchestra. Pupils also were given the opportunity in participating in a workshop to improve their singing skills. After this, we had fun in the sunshine as we waited for the bus to arrive. Our school choir have worked hard all year so this trip was well deserved!
