Primary 4/5 had a very exciting experience as they took part in a Diverse Dance workshop in the MAC Theatre. Our school were selected to warm up on the stage with Darcey Bussell and then they were first to perform. All of the pupils worked really hard to learn the Arabic dance choreography. Darcey Bussell then spoke to all of the schools present about the benefits of dance. Darcey gave our school a special mention as she saw whole class participation and enjoyment on the pupils’ faces. Thank you to Mrs Birnie who helped teach us the dance and Mrs Needham who accompanied us on our trip. Well done Primary 4/5, you did our school proud!
