P5 joined with some of the pupils from Edendork for an Eco Schools day. We looked at the fruit trees that we planted last year as part of our Biodiversity Project and learned about how to take care of them. We made fruit smoothies, squeezed apples to make juice and learned about the importance of composting and worms to keep the soil healthy.
