Over the past 6 weeks, Judith from the IFA has been working with Mrs McAllister's P4 pupils to teach them about the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle. Half the lesson was spent in the classroom learning about topics including diet, exercise and hydration. The other half of the lesson was a practical session involving warm ups and ball games such as dodgeball, handball and football. P4 really enjoyed working with Judith and each received a certificate at the end of the program. Thank you Judith and well done P4!
