P2/3 enjoyed a wonderful visit to Palace Stables, Armagh in the glorious sunshine. We had fun in the playpark. We met Mr Pip and Mr Pop. They taught us about our five senses through the story of ‘Goldilocks and the Three Bears.’ They were very funny! We played a senses matching game. We described what we could see all around us. We smelt different foods and decided what they were. We felt hidden objects in the feely box and described them to our friends. We smelt the cooking in Mr Pip’s kitchen. We listened to Mr Pop playing musical instruments. We played ‘Find the Key.’ We tasted our delicious packed lunches during a class picnic. What a super day out. Many thanks to Jack’s Mummy for coming with us and helping to look after us. Lots of happy memories for P2/3.
