We really had to train hard during Healthy Kidz this week! Circuits, step ups, sit ups, burpies, press ups, ladder footwork and then we finished by running a killer km. Miss Winslow is very proud of our us and is impressed with how we have been tracking our efforts using the Healthy Kidz app.
