We had a special assembly today for World Mental Health Day. Mrs McWilliams spoke to us about feelings and shared a special PowerPoint with us from the RSD Safer School Team.
We talked about Take5 and who can help us if we are upset about something. Mrs McWilliams challenged everyone to make time for themselves each day!
