To finish off our topic of Living Things P1 have been exploring plants and how they grow. We have been growing cress, cooking turnip and this week we learnt all about Supertato.
We made our own Supertato following instructions from Miss Ewing. It was lots of fun!
Evil Pea sent us a letter and had frozen some of our vegetables in ice! We had to investigate if salt, warm water or vinegar melted ice the quickest! Thankfully we saved all of the vegetables!
We then made wanted posters to try and catch the Evil Pea!
Finally, we designed traps to catch Evil Pea and made our own jelly traps to see if we could catch him!
Hopefully Evil Pea will stay away from HPS!
